Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon

Huge, uber cool bots brought to life and  partnering with humans against the bad guys - think: additional  bots gone awry – sounds so Sci Fi – well, it is! The visual impact of the transmogrifications and the humanity of the bots  brought to life evoke some  surprise emotional feeling though  the story is essentially weak and lost in the effects as the visual sensory overload could’ve been traded for better, upgraded dialog and plot. You’ll still sigh when Sam  watches “B’s” (his nickname for Bumblebee) eminent demise, but still,  I can only muster a 5 out of 10 rating for this installment of the series as much as  I did like it -  story  and dialog were lacking. If you’re going see it though it’s a must see on the big screen – not for dinky screens! Almost 3 hours long. Safe  to watch with parents and  grandparents, who probably won’t like it,  and OK for  children 13 and over.
